世界首个±800千伏高压直流换流阀试验成功

      中新网7月22日电 据国资委网站消息,日前,安装了由中国南车株洲所研制的具有完全自主知识产权的6英寸7200V晶闸管的世界首个±800kV/4750A特高压直流换流阀顺利通过关键的型式试验——阀绝缘冲击试验(包括操作冲击试验和雷电冲击试验二个试验)。创造了同类产品通流能力和电压等级世界之最。电站阀门试验结果符合国家技术规范要求,并通过世界权威电力试验认证机构的认证。

  与交流输电技术相比,直流输电具有线损小、线路造价低、调节快速、系统稳定性强、输送电能力大等优势。研究结果表明: 眼镜阀采用±800kV直流输电技术有利于加大输电规模,节约大量的输电走廊资源,更加经济、更加合理;同时可以有效解决负荷中心电网短路电流超标问题,提高电网的安全稳定水平。根据《国家电网十一五电网规划及2020年展望》,未来十年,国家计划投入数百亿元,在全国建成20多个氧气专用阀、铜阀门超高压或特高压大型直流输电工程,来满足“西电东送、南北互供和全国联网”战略需求。

  采用直流方式输送电能,首先要解决交直流转换的问题。需要在送电端和受电端分别建设两个换流站,安装换流变压器和换流阀等主要换流设备。送电端换流站把交流电整流成直流电,通过直流输电线路送往受电端换流站,平衡阀在受电端换流站再把直流电逆变成交流电供给用电负荷。

   近年来,中国南车株洲所依托国家“十一五”电动阀门执行器科技支撑计划及国家电网公司重点科技攻关项目等重大科研项目,与中国电力科学研究院合作,投入数亿元,成功开发出世界上直径最大、功率最高的6英寸晶闸管,为我国系统攻克高压直流输电技术取得关键性的突破。国家专利4项。并在国内首次完成了配套完成了6英寸高压晶闸管的试制能力及产业化基地建设、测试能力及可靠性试验手段建设,满足了特高压(±800KV)直流输电用6英寸晶闸管的工程化和产业化要求。

   目前,中国南车株洲所为中国电科院提供了80只6英寸7200V晶闸管,成功交付灵宝背靠背联网直流输电项目使用的6英寸换流阀晶闸管400只。此次试验的成功,充分展示了中国南车株洲所在高压晶闸管等功率半导体器件领域的研发设计、生产制造的领先能力。
